Transfer of benefit
The support to the electrical bill of the low income homes of Baja California will be financed with the income of Park “La Rumorosa”.
• The aeolian park would generate 36 millions of pesos of income to the State Government
• Which, 35 millions of pesos would be annually grant to the program “Tu Energia” for the support of low income homes
• 35,000 families will be benefitted
• Each family will receive $1,000 pesos of support
• At the first stage 5000 cards were already given
