Build to Suit
As part of PIMSA’s services, we can build on available land, a shell building the size of which is requested by the Company. It is constructed on accordance with the plans and specifications which have been approved by PIMSA and the Company. All PIMSA’s construction and improvements are in accordance with all laws, ordinances, regulations, and orders of governmental authorities and Industrial Park Regulations.
Leasing Buildings
PIMSA leases to a Company which has provided evidence of insurance satisfactory to PIMSA with a Lease Agreement. This Lease Agreement shall be effective from the Commencement Date until the same is terminated as referred on the “Lease Term”. All tenants have the option to renew, which means that the Company has the right to extend the term of the Lease Agreement upon the terms, conditions and rentals set forth. It is important to mention that the Lease Property with PIMSA is considered ready for occupancy.
