“Due to its competitive conditions and strategic geographical location, Baja California has made a name as exports platform for important companies that want to reach their markets under the best possible conditions”, the Minister of Economic Development, Alejandro Mungaray Lagarda, assured yesterday during a meeting held with members of Mexicali’s Journalists Association.
During the meeting, Mr. Mungaray also spoke about the important benefits to be brought to Baja California by the recently published Decree for the Border Economic Zone.
He pointed-out that this support from the Federal Government will trigger investment and may generate around 20,000 jobs, in addition to increasing revenue from taxes.
